Newsies Jr
Disney's Newsies JR. is a 60-minute version of the 2012 Broadway musical, based on the 1992 film. Inspired by the rousing true story of newsboys in turn-of-the-century New York City, Newsies JR. features a Tony Award-winning score by Alan Menken and Jack Feldman and a book by Tony-Award winner Harvey Fierstein. When powerful newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys' expense, the charismatic Jack Kelly rallies newsies from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions. Together, the newsies learn that they are stronger united and create a movement to fight for what's right.

Schedule:
Camp runs from 9am-5pm each day, July 29 - August 2. The performances for family and friends will be at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm on Saturday, August 3 with an added performance at Lititz Springs Park on August 4th at 3pm.
Location:
Rehearsals and performances will take place at Conestoga Valley High School (2110 Horseshoe Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA).

Upon completion of this registration, a confirmation email requesting payment to secure the student's registration will be sent out and payment will be due by November 15th. Youth Theatre Winter Production costs include: T-shirt, all materials and handouts, rehearsals with the Servant Stage staff.

Additional Information
Students will need to bring their own snacks and water bottles. All students who register are expected to be able to attend all rehearsals and performances. No refunds will be issued within one month of the start of camp. A welcome letter with camp details will be sent in April, but don't hesitate to reach out with questions between now and then.
